We are a full service, roofing and electrical contractor serving Lancaster, Berks, Chester, York, and Lebanon counties. Currently we are in search of a Customer Care Representative with great customer service skills, phone etiquette, with a willingness to learn.

Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon-Friday in house position – no remote work

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • This position supports the day-to-day operations of the company and consists of calling clients, administrative duties and phone support
  • The client care specialist assists in processes job paperwork, answers incoming calls, and makes outgoing calls to customers and team members as needed
  • Primary job task is answering phone calls and scheduling clients, contacting customers to schedule work to be completed and resolving customer relations in a professional manner
  • As part of this responsibility, you will interact with not only the customers but the field personnel, with dispatching, and managing both companies schedule board to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • To be successful you must have the ability to function as a part of a team, independently, and be able to multitask in a busy work environment

What It Takes:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Customer service: Minimally 1 year required
  • Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
  • Willing to learn strong customer service skills, communicate positively and professionally (written and verbal), have excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
  • A positive “can do” attitude
  • Strong attendance - must be reliable and dependable
  • Multi-tasker & Organized
  • Self-starter and reliable
  • Humble
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be a creative and critical thinker
  • Bilingual a plus, not required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Drug Free
  • Clean Background
